Why does my computer show “Page not available” or “That page can’t be found” when I click on a video link? Sometimes I get “Windows Media Play cannot play the file.”
The page may have been modified since the last time you viewed it. You may need to refresh your browser page or refresh your browser’s cache. If you’re using a PC, press the F5 button on the keyboard. If you’re using a touch-sensitive tablet or phone, press the small icon near your URL address bar (or in the “three dots” menu) that looks like a partial circle ending in an arrow. This will refresh (reload) the web page. If this doesn’t work, refresh your browser’s cache. One of the best references for clearing cache is a web page called “Clear your web browser’s cache, cookies, and history,” maintained by Indiana University Knowledge Base.
